The Freston Boot hosts Headroom for an evening of mindfulness and socialising in the tipi.
Take part in a group guided meditation around kindness to self and others and mindful relaxation to help you feel truly calm. This is followed by plenty of time for relaxing conversation over bottomless Prosecco (alcohol-free options available) and some light sharing platters of food
